This will soon have Ribe producing 40 production which builds a berserker in 2 turns after.
Your other cities want to be pumping out units from the start.
Have all troops make a beeline for Norfolk (the hump with Norwich in the middle)
To invade Norwich have troops line the coast, I used the general, a catapult, crossbow, archer and 2 berserkers. This is enough to capture Norwich in 1 turn.
A catapult can move 2 tiles if it starts at sea, set up and fire. A crossbow or archer can move 3 tiles then shoot and a berserker or pikeman can attack from 4 tiles away.
Move the general onto land though to benefit from his bonus before having your units attack.
Now you have 2 ways to approach stopping England.
Remove shire courts:
Send a force to hit Lincoln which will probably be under attack by 1 or 2 units from Norway and after Norwich use the coast rush strategy to hit Ipswich. Also note berserkers can attack from the sea without penalty if needed.
From Lincoln march on Stamford followed by Nottingham and from Ipswich hit Thetford followed by Northampton, also buy a harbour in Ipswich as soon as possible.
If England have 6/6 Shire courts rush London, if not give your troops time to heal.
The other approach which I prefer is to just rush London early:
Have the small force land at Norwich as previously mentioned and the rest move around towards Ipswich (you may want to send a couple to the North of thetford though). Take Ipswich with a coastal rush and move the force from Norwich on Thetford.
Taking London requires a bit of brute force as Normandy will making a half-hearted attack but you can have a catapult and crossbow/archer naval rush. Once you have London you are free to conquer in the order you prefer.
