Help with deleting E.U.I.?

After deleting Civ V and reinstalling I have somehow acquired the Enhanced User Interface from Vox Populi. I had tried this out a year ago, didn"t like it and deleted it, with no problems until this game reinstall. My Steam Mod files don't show any of the Community Balance Overhaul game mods so I don't know how I'm getting this. It shows up on both new starts and loaded saved games. Any ideas how to find and delete this?

move the UI_bc1 file.

Where do I find it and where do I "move" it, please?

If you want to delete EUI it's in the game's folder. Assets\DLC and delete UI_bc1.
