Civ 5 does not have that.
It is a Steamworks game though, so it will always require Steam to be running.
But I noticed there is a 3rd Party EULA whihc states that you can only use 1 copy on 1 machine at a time...
The other thing is what Steam enforces. You cannot play the game on one account on two pc's at the same time.
Sorry, I misquoted the wrong person in my earlier post.
I understand that the eula and steam drm are different.
I'm still wondering about the eula:
It does explicitly state 1 copy on 1 computer at a time...
Oddly, the EULA is very generic and obviously wasn't written for Civ5 at all.
