Unhappiness increased after loading back a game
OKay - so yesterday I was playing and finished my session with happiness 8.

Just started planning again today and I loaded the same game up and now have -22 Unhappiness.

What happened? Did the game glitch? How can the happiness levels change so drastically without playing the game? Like nothing happened, I literally just saved the game and went off steam.

Maybe the Civ Gods are angry I didn't go for one more turn...

Really annoying though! Now I have to try build my happiness back up before launching an invasion against the Russian mainland :D: .

There' a (now rare) glitch sometimes when you take cities. When you take a city, it should ask if you want to puppet, annex or raze them. However, sometimes it glitches out and doesn't ask. Then you get much reduced unhappiness from them, and full control. When you reload, however, they become annexed, and thus give more unhappiness than a normal city.

I think I have a more rarer glitch happening to me - all the cities I've captured are still puppetts! Is there any way to raize the puppets? Maybe starve the population to 0?

I think it might be a population glitch because it's displaying a lot more unhappiness for the population than it did before the reload, even though all my cities stopped growing decades ago (stop growth option).

Really annoying.
