no Enhanced User Interface in workshop?

Define what enhanced user interface means for you, perhaps someone will make it if they like it too.

Nope, EUI must be installed manually as it fakes itself to appear as DLC. So, it's impossible to be installed trough Workshop, hence it would illogical to be available in the workshop.
