if you're needing loads of units then you need to seriously change your tactics, you don't even need 100000000000000000000000000000000000000units. use terrain better and a combination of different units for the right situation and range.
I also learned that anyone can make the manhattan project....this kinda sucks D: I'm not enjoying these random updates
It's a strategy game, there are restrictions and rules, games are not anarchy, that's the way it works. Maybe play other type of games with no restrictions where you can be able to start producing 1 million space soldiers in 3.000 BC and the enemies will be 5 apes on trees and 2 elephants.

Every civ in the game (or team, if you went that route in the setup) has always been able to build Manhattan Project. You thought the game only allowed one player to build nukes?
