Does Bushido work ?
Has anyone tested it or noticed a difference ?

I tried a game as japan. I had a warrior with red hp and a barbarian had the same, I attacked the barbarian and lost. Both units was warriors with the same hp yet mine are supposed to be just as strong as if they had full hp so no idea why I lost. The attack was in flat terrain too.

It was nerfed pretty badly when the HP system was changed from a 10 to a 100 point system

From my understanding, it does make a difference, but that difference is so minor, it is basically pointless.

A damaged unit will never fight below 50% strength.
But with Bushido, they always fight 100%
It can be very good if you have alot of damaged units.
