Migtht explain a couple of times I've lost when going for a Domination Win. I think a Civ is completey beat, so let him have peace when maybe he only has one Rocket part built, and one city left.
What I thought was a complete complete cheat - cos they won space race with their one City left, before I could even attack them again.
It's wrong in my opinion, that when you take someone's city with their rocket in, it doesn't destory it and they have to start again. This is a big bias in favour of Space Race over Domination Victory.
