There has been some problems that HD3000 users have had, so it seems that it works, but you need the corrects drivers or you will get issues. Some players have had rendering issues with that chip (spread out textures).
Also, only Windows version of the game works. HD3000 is listed as unsupported for Mac version of the games (which is same as Linux).
You can donwload the free demo and check how well it runs.
