after reloading multiple times my wall is only extending 5 tiles away from my capitol, it ends two tiles away from my second city, im super confused. Did i put my cities too far apart? It should cover my entire border right?
Space your cities however it makes sense. Don't worry about how the Great Wall looks.
Does that city, behind the Wall, incorporate the same bonus once it switches hands? The city doesn't have the Wonder built within it, so I assume the answer is probably no based on the above statement.
Additionally, does this also mean my troops will move 1 space around "my own" city if he declares war, since it is within the border? Just curious how that scenario is going to work should he go to war with me in 15 turns
The Great Wall actually shifted; it was covering his "center" and left side city, then shifted to incorporate the gifted city on the right, moving the wall border between the left side city he still has, and the center city I took while he was marching (if I'm making sense).
Update: Reloading the save file restored the Great Wall in its original placement after all three cities were taking. Hope this all helps.
