Suggestion: Upgrade for Spinning Wheel to craft jute
Just like there are upgrades for all other crafting stations, I propose an upgrade to the Spinning Wheel; the Loom, which allows you to craft Red and Blue Jute (and maybe other colors?) with it. Red Jute could be made from Linen Thread and Blood Clots (give them another use) and Blue Jute could be made from Linen Threat and Troll Hide (give that another use as well).

raw flax is more likely the material you want. Its a lot like a hemp rope or hemp braided doormat. Linen is much, much softer. Or add the plant as a new crop, but we don't use flax enough. Red and blue berries for dye as another thought?

Sure, that's a way to go too. I doubt they'll add Jute Reeds, and why should they?
I think using Linen makes sense. 1. You probably have a lot of it, and 2. it's easy enough to make from Flax and makes you work a little bit more to get some Jute. My thoughts on using the items I mentioned is that Jute should be unlocked AFTER getting Linen and to add another use to items that currently have only one or two uses at best. Let's face it, if you spend any amount of time in the Mistlands you're gonna wind up with a LOT of blood clots or potentially so. Maybe instead of Troll hide you can use Seeker carapace? (think of it as being ground into a powder?) Jute is currently not a renewable material and I just think it'd be nice to be able to make some on demand.

Another idea (for the blue dye):

Hildir could sell the dye after we killed the queen. So as another reward for finishing the mistlands we get a way to craft blue jute ourselves.

I'd agree on the blood clots for red jute and the flax as base material.

Maybe even introduce black jute, dyed with charred bones?

yea, like the banners, I would love to see a range of colored rugs. Rugs make the place, esp with most of the floor choices we have.
