Can't repair buildings anymore suddenly
I was repairing just fine and then out of the blue it does not respond to me clicking anymore.
I already relogged and restarted and it doesn't help. I don't get it.
I have a workbench in range.

Is your hammer repaired? You need to repair your tools from time to time on the workbench.

Yeah had full stamina, undamaged hammer, in workbench range, relog and restart didn't help. I've played enough to know that I should have to do these things but thanks for thinking with me.

And now suddenly it works again when I was just afk for a sec complaining to my friends about it :P

I don't really understand how it could suddenly work again when a relog/restart didn't help.

Semi-necroing this topic - I cannot repair anything anymore when i play multiplayer, but it works in SP. Anyone else have this problem?

Try to restart the game. If this doesn´t work the server might need a restart in case it´s a dedicated server

Sounds like a desync issue. Betting you can't damage enemies when you can't repair.

No issues fighting mobs and no, restarts do nothing.

If this is a multi player game it may be from a totem in place when active from another player you are unable to repair there items and visa versa. This is only when it is active. If its a single player game then I would assume the dev's would need to know if you write up a bug report.

It has only happen a few times to me so far, in the description below it will say "there's nothing to build or repair" iirc

All I could do was wait till it went away again, it only happened when I did a lot of spam repairing. It becomes glitched then. Usually went away after 5-10 minutes for whatever reason, restarting def didn't help indeed, weirdly enough.

I'm trying to recall if I found a way to fix it quicker, I think so but no idea anymore, been a while since I had it.

Yeah it will most likely get fixed eventually seeing as the game is still Early Access and all. :cupup:
