More Storage Slots and Carry Weight Please
These are the only 2 bugbears with this awesome game especially when mining Ores we need more slots, after armor and food you don't get a whole lot left, or maybe move armor to free up slots, also carry weight is way too little, other than that superb game.

You did get the belt that changes your carry weight from 300 to 450 right?

But armor should have its own slot and not be classes and inventory.

I agree we need more inventory slots, either through backpack upgrades, a quiver, dedicated item slots, or a potion pouch or something.

As for carry weigh, I'd rather there were more logistical solutions to managing weight. The cart in it's current form kind of sucks. It's easily damaged, gets focused by enemies, and needs to be repaired constantly.

I'd like them to add an Iron reinforced cart (takes reduced damage), horses (or ox) with saddle bags, and even ox driven carts.

There is a mod for increasing 'carry weight' and increased stacks.

Game is version 0.1x

Give it time. In the meantime, find the trader and get a belt. :)

I don't mind increased storage slots, neither for or against; But absolutely armor and accessories like the megingjord should have a paperdoll to slot them on; Losing 4-7 inventory slots to things you basically must have on top of already losing most of your hotbar to weapons and equipment is rough. :S

Get Valheim Plus on Nexus. It will solve all your problems

What we need is the paperdoll and quick slot mod for everyone.

There is a suggestion in the official bug platform for this, which is one of the most highly upvoted, and is the most upvoted suggestion on Reddit as well.

Edit: I like hard games, I like the no ore teleport rule, but what I don't like is to sort and discard items every 2 minutes, especially when you have 4 slots for armor, 1 for utility, 3 for potions and 3 for food already taken, and the variety of items continues to increase as you progress.

I still need to manage my inventory, those items still have weight, but I don't spend most of my time discarding random things that I pick up constantly.

Personally I'd like to go further and say we should have two trinket slots. Make Dverger circlet a trinket instead of a helmet. Everyone is going to have megingjord equipped because of how valuably it is. However, with a second slot now you open up more options with the wishbone, Dverger circlet, or maybe even give the swamp key some properties when equipped as a trinket.

I believe the inventory should be larger as well, meaning both more slots and more weight

No, it shouldn't.

Didn't you think that you can't take all ore back to home by one time IS NOT accident? Yeah, developers wanted us to micromanage our inventory. If they will give more weight and slots, then inventory will become unlimited because of lack of items in the game.

Having tried it both ways IMHO yes it absolutely should - makes the whole process cleaner, neater and more attractive.

Piling it at the bottom of my inventory space just felt messy and unfinished. Having its own place, laid out as it appears on the body (paper-doll style) is much more refined and appealing to me personally.

There are mods to add a set of paperdoll slots for armour + 3 for general utility, decrease weight of items, increase stack sizes, more chest/boat slots, berry planting... if you can think of a QOL feature you want there is a mod for it.

No, it really shouldn't. It's fine as is. It works. It's simple. I hope they don't change it.

Clothing/armor needs its own slots for sure. Aside from just plain not having enough slots to work with, resulting in tedious constant inventory management, it doesn't makes sense for your clothing to take up the same space as berries or wood. Those are thing you're carrying (somehow,) but you don't carry the clothes you're wearing. Whether you have stuff in your hands or a backpack, nobody's ever like "I could carry one more thing/fit more in this backpack if I wasn't wearing a shirt right now."

Beyond that, yes, crafting accessories that increase your inventory slots would be great too. It'd help with inventory management while giving you more upgrades to earn, and earning them upgrades is a huge part of what makes games like this fun.
