Using cheats can punish you in any way?
Since cheats are made for the developers to test things ingame, I wonder if using them can stain your world/character or something.
Apart from ruining experience if you use them on a playthrough.

Nope, if you want to use console commands go for it.

They will punish your soul, you'll feel dirty forever after using them !

Just kidding, no, it does nothing. ^^

You’re only robbing yourself from the experience by cheating.

It's possible that cheats could affect achievements in the future. There are other games like Bethesda games which will stop you from getting achievements if you use the console, but then you can always just mod the game so that you get achievements anyway. Someone would probably make a mod if cheats kept you from getting achievements.

No, you wont and don't be scared to use the command "removedrops" because it is a bless when there are billion of items on the ground that you don't need to save up performance.

That is a command that i do spam a lot to keep the game "clean" and not have performance drops

Then there are also things like the Steam Achievement Manager that allow you to unlock any achievements you want for games you own on Steam, which I don't think Steam even cares about.

Nope. And, frankly, if you do it in moderation you won't miss out on anything. My rule: anything at my current tier I'll acquire 100% legitimately. But stuff that's effortless but tedious, I'll spawn. I don't want to deforest or strip mine half the map just to have enough wood and stone for my projects, particularly when I already have full Black Metal gear. That's not worth it to me; it's time I don't want to waste, and it makes things ugly. Digging up copper and making huge holes in the ground in the early game was bad enough.

If you cheat, you cheat not only the game, but yourself.
You'll soon realise that by cheating you didn't grow. You didn't improve. You took a shortcut and gained nothing. You experienced a hollow victory. Nothing was risked and nothing was gained.

But 4reals; it's an Early Access game, so they're not doing anything about using console commands for now.
Maybe when it's finished they might think of some penalties. lel, Loki will start messing with you or something.

If the question is, can i enter a command that can potentially wreck my save file = yes.

Be careful of what you enter and test them out first with a new character in a seperate world to be certain. Or back up your save prior.

I quote myself "Apart from ruining experience if you use them on a playthrough."

I only want to do a rollercoaster boat launcher with cheats and then replicate it without cheats on my friend's server

I build most of Dragonsreach Castle with gathered wood and stone, then I had to do a major upgrade on it and said screw it and just spawned everything I need. My next project is to build the Ark from the movie Angels Egg once we get the Mistlands update I'll def be using the console to spawn the materials for it.

Only VAC games will freak out when you use that, and that's only if you have that program and a VAC-protected game running at the same time.
