I wonder if it's a code thing where a species won't attack there own. Will a tame boar attack a wild boar?
no wild boars don't attack tame boars only me lol
You can give them commands, follow or stay/guard
No they don't attack anything. They swim a lot though lol

While wolves to not attack other wolves or Fenrings, they do attack greydwarfs of all sorts. I'm about to find out if they'll help me against enemies in the prairie.
