Now that you know those details maybe you can incorporate them into your game play.
I can usually one shot plink some of the goblin guys (shamans, unsheilded, and some of the lower level guys). The others are 3 shot. Surprise and two after (at most). Tankier creatures are much harder, but can be done safely from a rock or something if I'm feeling lazy.
Before and after HH doesn't seem to be much of a difference on bow damage. Long shot is a little off, but it didn't take long to compensate (I'm good at long range trajectory shots though.)
So I don't know what you're talking about. Do you want to one-shot everything?
Just turn on cheats.
Also stamina is just fine, why would you need more than 120~150? (that's from 1 good stamina food with two health foods btw)
That's what you want us to think.... ;-)

People are starting to imagine things about H&H that just aren't true. And, present OP excepted, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that a bit of anti Valheim troll-farming is going on.
Also I noticed that the Bronze Spear takes the same Stamina drain as a Flint Spear, so if you fully upgrade a Bronze Spear you get optimal damage to stamina ratio's.
They could create nerfs with new mechanics, like wooden arrows don't deal damage to stone golems, and things that force people to use various types of arrows.
I don't even need to think or worry about fighting, even solo, using bow, and wooden arrow, killing any poor creature easily.
Sneak attacking a troll with my level 3 finewood bow and flint arrows takes away about 20% of its HP, and killing trolls is a cakewalk even if I have two after me.
Practice aiming with necks or something until you master it, not that I feel it's even changed.
Manage your stamina properly when in combat (= fight smart), always have three foods active, and make sure to fully draw the bow when shooting.
I don't have anything better than cooked deer meat yet, but I've had no issues with ranged combat. Haven't even upgraded from raspberries to honey because there's been no need to do so.
