Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request your help in resolving several technical issues I have encountered while playing your latest game (Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal) as well as help in obtaining/recovering pieces of DLC that are advertised as being included in the bundle (see explanations below).
I have purchased the Tailor-Made Limited Edition of Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal on January 17, 2019 (as evidenced by Screenshot 1, see the red outline). The purchase was made on Steam in the Russian region (regional information provided in case the region of purchase has any significance). With the date of release set to January 22, 2019, the purchase makes me eligible for pre-order rewards. As of the date of writing (January 25, 2019, 15:00 Moscow time), Steam displays that my account has access to all the DLC, including the pre-purchase rewards (see Screenshots 2 and 3, including the red outlines). However, this, for me, is connected to a rather puzzling set of issues.
Firstly, what are the "Pre-Purchase Reward" and "Something Beautiful Yukata" pieces of DLC and how can I claim the corresponding content (if needed)? I would be grateful if you could provide corresponding explanations, because extensive search both on Google and on Steam Forums so far produced no results for me.
Secondly, according to the information provided on the official website of the game (http://skburstrenewal.com/paths-of-the-shinobi.html) and the blog of the publisher (https://marvelousgames.com/blogs/news/senran-kagura-burst-re-newal-dlc-release-schedule), customers who prepurchased the game should have received two pieces of story DLC: Yumi (The Ice Queen Arc), which I do have, as confirmed by Screenshots 2, 4, 5 (the story arc is available for choice in the in-game menu) and Miyabi (The Abyssal Arc), which I do not have (see the same screenshots) on January 22 (or the corresponding week, unless I am misunderstanding something). Does this mean that the Miyabi DLC will be released later and will have to be purchased separately (despite having the Tailor-Made Limited Edition)? I would be grateful if you could clarify this issue for me and/or provide instructions on how to get the Miyabi DLC for Steam.
The second overall issue I would like to receive your help with concerns the technical performance of the game. When I first launched the application, during the tutorial mission (Hanzo Rooftop Location), FPS dropped to the 25-30 range regardless of the graphical preset (Low/Med/High), despite all other locations allowing me to play at a steady 60 (with occasional hitching during the Shinobi transformation scenes, occurring during the same time of the scene). The FPS drop issue persists despite me having switched on the maximum performance mode for my GPU according to the recommendations provided by the representative of the developer on the Steam forum (please note that I'm playing on a desktop PC, not on a laptop, PC specs are provided in the attached DxDiag file). Somehow, disabling my antivirus software entirely seems to have resolved that issue (at least partially). However, the FPS does sometimes drop seemingly regardless of the number of enemies on-screen. It should be noted that both the CPU and the GPU are more than capable of rendering everything related to the game, as the usage is fairly low. Please provide recommendations on stabilizing the frames per second value for the game if possible.
And the final technical issue I would like to clarify with your help concerns the text scroll speed during the visual novel segments of the game. As of now, there is no way to pause or slow down the scrolling of the text during the visual novel segments, and the scrolling speed is so fast that I can barely keep up with the text despite being able to read the English text quite fluently, and more often than not the text vanishes before the characters even have the time to finish their respective dialogue sentences. This can sometimes cause sound desync in my case. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any proof of this as I do not have the capability to record a video while in-game. However, this issue seems to have affected many users across the Steam forum. So in this case, I most likely will be one of the many people asking the question: will the text speed be adjustable in future patches? Is it possible to slow the text scrolling speed at least a bit so it is more convenient to read or to an extent that the dialogue synchronizes with the text? Please look into this issue because it detracts from the enjoyment of the game in a major way (at least in my case).
I am looking forward to receiving a prompt response from you, especially regarding the (apparently) missing DLC content, as this is by far the most pressing issue for me because I do not know whether I placed or processed my preorder incorrectly and whether or not I will receive any future DLCs free of charge as a result of me purchasing the Tailor-Made Limited edition.
I would also like to humbly ask you to acknowledge the receipt of this email by any convenient means (auto-reply, confirmation, etc.).
Hoping for a positive resolution and successful further communication,
Yours sincerely,
Alexandr "Alex2806" Gusev

since i assume this one using UE4 as engine (it just from a hunch based on UI etc)
i believe it won't do good using battery plan, better switch it to high performance
while earlier game is not using UE4 as engine i believe, so it's fine

No, 30 fps doesn't solve the VN issue. It just slows down but the voices still getting cut short, progressing on its own, and yeah the game is too slow to be playable.
