Added tutorial.
Added platform rotation from the keyboard.
Added sensitivity settings for mouse and keyboard.
Fixed a bug where the head received double damage when hit by spikes.
Fixed a bug with the head being caught between spikes and other objects.
Added key tooltips to skills in the game interface.
Decreased default sound volume.
Improved game performance.
Changed the design of some levels.
