*Fixed* How to turn off Post Processing *updated with comparisons*
Solution: I found a solution. go to \Documents\My Games\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Config and open xEngine.ini Ctrl+F "DepthofField" without quotation marks and set it equal to "False" without quotation marks. Save the file, and you don't even need to set it to read only.

Comparison
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=135999787 with normal Post processing

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=135999752 with alternate Post processing

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=135999083 with DepthofField set to False with alternate on(not sure if post even maters anymore)

I am shocked to see the difference in the atmosphere. Columbia looks much warmer and more somber, as opposed to the really bright(airy) and washed out look. Not sure if it is a good thing, as it makes the game look so much more brown, but I think I like it better this way. It also boosts performance quite a bit by removing this blur fields.

There is a post processing option in the graphics menu to turn it off.

I only have Alternate and normal. No way to actually turn it off here. To be clear, I don't like the depth of field effect that is included in post processing. the depth of field effect goes away when using iron sights, so I don't see how it wouldn't be possible to just disable it entirely.

There isn't a way in the game. However, I saw a thread that someone posted about SweetFX and the samples that were included clearly had a reduced or removed Depth of Field.

Edit: Found the thread here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/8870/discussions/0/828934913130215389/

Take a look at the one on the pier at the beach. There is a ferris wheel in the back and you can use the slider to see the comparison. That's why I think Depth of Field is removed or reduced.

Great comparison, I think alternate looks better than normal, less "bloomy" lights. The performance hit is big though.
