Pre order season pass

Hi, I bought the pre order season pass but i haven't loaded/activated it in my account. Can I still activate it and get the bonuses? take note that I'm still downloading the bioshock infinite game

The season pass doesn't go into effect yet, because there isn't any DLC. The season pass gives you DLC in the future.

Just play, Steam already knows you have the pre-order DLC. The only key you have to activate is the one from the Industrial Revolution game (just activate in Steam as you would a new game), and all your new goodies will be waiting for you at the Blue Bird
