plus: imo the bundle is worth, since the game story is so good and the dlcs are story related so...
But these are single player one and done games unless you enjoy them enough to replay harder difficulties or challenge modes.
Although 1 and 2 are a little on the short side so I'd recommend waiting for a sale if you don't want to spend a lot on old games.
bioshock 2? nice
Bioshock INFINITE? PLAY IT NOW.
Here’s what I think are the best and worst of each games.
Best feature:
BioShock 1: Story/Characters. Gets you engaged with the downfall of Rapture.
BioShock 2: Gameplay. Improves a ton off the old mechanics.
BioShock Infinite: Your companion. You are going to feel a ton for Elizabeth.
Worst parts:
BioShock 1: Lack of checking your stats and crashes.
BioShock 2: Horrible PC controls(I had to go in the game files to make a weapon radical), lack of Auto Saves leading to the worst them all, CRASHES ALL THE TIME losing your progress on top of that.
BioShock Infinite: 2 weapons only sucks, lack of choice given to the player, and a lot of the characters you meet or listen to their voxophones are forgettable and with the ending makes them even more forgetable.
BioShock 1’s DLC rooms are nice if you want something extra. Not groundbreaking but fun.
I have not played BioShock 2’s DLCs but everyone says Minerva’s Den is the best thing but complete the trials DLC first in order to unlock a special tonic for Minerva’s Den.
Also, Multiplayer is dead so don’t bother.
BioShock Infinite’s Clash in the Clouds is fun only if you like the gameplay or want a challenge. The Burial at Sea DLCs seem like fan service but hey it has Old Man Winter so it’s worth playing it.
If you want something more after those then check out the System Shock series and Prey (2017).
