Has the mouse/keyboard bug been fixed?

So there was this problem that that game forgot to register mouse clicks and pressed keys on keyboard and you had to change the date back to 2020 or something. I'm planning to buy this game again (previously I claimed a refund) but only if it's not bugged as hell. What's your experience?
