Mod Manager

I am sorry, but I can not find the Mod Launcher - Where is it? Can somebody help?

It's in the second launcher menu.
If you've ticked the box to skip it. Hold control from the first launcher menu when you press play.
Then the second menu will load and you will see the mod manager. (tabs across the top of that screen)

Well, at second launch when pressing "Control" and "Play" as suggested it still do not open the Mod Manager. The game is looking for "executable tables" - I have no clue what that is or how to access such tables.
Is it the game or Steam that contains these tables?

You'll only need to press control if the above screen doesn't show. You press it from the first launcher to get this screen back. Select mod manager in the tabs at the top.

I had problem with mod manager, it not show to me. Its easy to fix this, first uninstall Rome total war remastered, next go to app data/local and delete "Feral Interactive" (my path: C:\Users\Pc\AppData\Local , you must change destination, name and more". After delete Feral Interactive you can install game again and thats all.
