Although I believe you lose after 600 turns if you haven't met victory conditions.

You can no longer actually win after a certain time, which can easily be modded. Afaik you can keep playing until you yourself give in.
Even when you win you get offered a choice to simply keep playing.

The win condition is arbitrary anyway.

I usually just stop playing when I get bored, which is often long before I reach the victory condition because I'm just rofl-stomping everything with multiple death stacks.

in the base game, it should be around 14 ad.....but you can continue playing if you want to conquer the whole map and/or fully upgrade all your settlements :D Though themyskyra is one hell of a problem :steammocking:
