You'll still be able to find codes online for Rome Total War + You will be getting the original Rome Total War in the purchase of the remaster.
So no, you're not being cheated by CA. You're just looking for meaningless attention.
Plus from a customer perspective, people are idiots. Leave it for sale and 100% chance someone somewhere will buy the old one then complain as they thought it was the new one.
besides, if u already own rome 1, its half price for this remaster.
It also has Barbarian Invasion and the Alexander expansions baked in.
original Rome available for sale in steam since 2014
you have more than enough time to buy it
like what are people expecting? a brand new remaster of a game to be sold at like 1 dollar? lol
I dunnow. How much was Age of Empires 2 when it was remastered? 20 bucks or something?
I also can't recall people being all whiney about it; but then again. Steam users generally are whiney babies.
its 14.99 for me but i had discount because i owned previous version so less than 14.99 i cant remember how much the discount was. it also came with brand new campaigns and stuff.
Oh look, the old one
Ignorance.
It was removed because it's no longer supported and newer PCs and Windows 10 don't support it. You still get it if you buy the Remaster, just that it may not work on a modern PC or Windows 10 and up.
Ignorance.
It was removed to push this, happens a lot. I have Windows 10 and the game runs perfectly fine for me.
Yeah I'll work out and decide for myself what games run on my system, thanks, not have CA produce a "remaster" that looks worse than the original and force folk to buy that.
