the launcher crushes every time i try to play after the update

Hmm strange I have problem from couple of days, but mine problem is that game won't launch from TW Launcher I mean TW starts but when I hit play in TW Launcher the whole window disappears and nothing happening.
Also check location at: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Feral Interactive\Total War ROME REMASTERED is there any file/folder?

We're having the same/similar problem on an M1 Macbook Air since the update. It fails at launch. It worked brilliantly—amazingly well—before the update. We tried verifying, uninstall, and reinstalling with no change.

Same here, after the update today I can't even start Rome Remastered, using
Mac Mini M1 Big Sur. Just uninstalled it , downloaded again and reinstalled it and I pay by GB on my broadband where I am now during summer.. thanks :( I want a refund to cover this unnecessary download!!!

same problem here when ever i start the laucher and then press play. Nothing happens. then in steam i can press play again same thing again.
