capture_settlement cheat is not working
Hi,

I am playing as Nabateans on "The Great Empires, Mundus Magnus Standalone + Totalis Bellum" mod, which can be found here:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2514457892

In the console, I tried:
capture_settlement
Capture_settlement

both result in the comment "Command not recognized".
This means there is no such command in the database.

Yet all the websites posting the Rome Remastered cheats say that capture_settlement should be a valid command. It's supposed to be either click on a city and type in console capture_settlement, or it is by typing capture_settlement cityname.

I need this cheat because Nabatea has no major cities to start with, and borders Egypt, so I need to quickly capture a few Egyptian cities to make the starting situation better.

That sucks... That was the ONE cheat code I really wanted to use since there's no "god mode" or "infinite movement" cheat code (that and I really got bored of the game, I just want to capture everything in no time and see the Julii ending)...

The cheats that you want can be had with WeMod.

WeMod is a free software, that has cheats for all the major AAA game titles and some more. Those games that focus on multiplayer (such as Insurgency Sandstorm, or Rainbow Six Siege) do not have cheats.

After starting your game, Alt Tab to the desktop, go to WeMod, then go to the subsection within WeMod that features the game you are playing, and click on "Play". This will activate the cheats, after that you can use the number keys 0-9 and sometimes F1 to F12, to activate individual cheat functions, such as "infinite ammo", "god mode", "undetected by enemy" (or, "invisible"), etc.

For Total War Rome II, there is unlimited movement of armies, replenish troops numbers after a battle, one-turn recruiting, one-turn construction, one-turn technology research, god mode in battle, etc.

I have WeMod, it stopped working for most cheats because of the last update.

And I tried to continue playing today, the game crashes on the 3rd turn for me...

I sincerely regret paying 30 bucks for this game instead of just pre-ordering "Humankind"...

try typing sudo capture_settlement

I don't believe it... It worked, why the code wasn't correctly posted on internet is beyond me.

While I'm here, anyone knows an infinite movement cheat? I remark the senate often gives me missions that only last 5 turns (blocking ports of other cities) and quite often my ships are too far away to block said ports.
WeMod has infinite movement cheat, follow the steps I gave in post #2, on this page.

And as I said above, WeMod needs to update the trainer for the game, no cheats works besides the "1 turn build" cheat and even then, it crashes the game after 3-5 turns.

Does someone knows how to use the create_unit console command? I did exactly like it was said on internet (the command create_unit followed by the name of the General/Settlement, the type of unit and the number of units you want) and it doesn't work...

doesn't work, I tried every combination possible and it never worked. The game does says it reinitialize a character but nothing else.
