That's true, but some rooms don't have holes in the ceiling or cracks in the wall. How do splicers magically appear in a one-way in or out room?
After just a couple hours in the game, you should be dropping splicers without even taking damage most of the time... by halfway through the game, nothing is a threat anymore.
I've been playing hard, no clones, and still walk past every other instance of med kits and hypos because I'm full.
Yeah, if you use the camera and do your research it makes splicers pretty easy. First timei ever played the game i played on medium all the way through and didn't die once. There is a tonic that is something about headshots, i always use that one. A blast of electricity to stun a splicer and keep him in place, then use an upgraded rivot gun and shoot him in the face, instant death.
I will say in defense of Pepello that some splicers are a pain in the ass. I hate the spider splicers, i have them fully research and sometimes it seems it takes forever to kill those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with a fully upgraded shotgun.
I will have to try that.
