third space: what is it and whats it for?

in the inventory, theirs a third spot, one for a iv bag, and one for the bunny boots, then below that theirs a third spot. I'm wondering what it is and whats it for: another gun perhaps, or a third equitable slot for armor?

The third slot has been there since the game was released, perhaps to have 3 additional elements or because it was also meant for an object that never came out.

The third slot is for the boombox that you can unlock through getting lucky with a cosmetic chest or purchase with real money. The boombox allows you to listen to a bunch of different music and also some real radio stations from around the world. If you have ever been in a match and heard some strange music, this is what it was .

he is right, it's for the boombox. if you kill someone with a boombox you can pick it up and it will be in that slot so you can remove it again.
