i watched a yt video and it said that i have to buy the western quest book but i cant find it :(

That was when this game was still Cuisine Royale, you used to be able to get via the book (which is how I got it) but now it's only obtainable by purchasing it off the gaijin market or trying your luck on cosmetic chests, I don't think you should get it tho, it's useless.
