Turns outhouses into teleporters, taking you to a random outhouse from the map that's still inside the zone. Basically a good way to go from outside of the zone, inside. And while it's instant, once you arrive you do make a splashing sound so others around can hear you coming out of it. Others also simply camp them when the noise starts so it's always a gamble going in one, but they can save your life if you're way too far back to run/drive.
