WTF is the Signal Flare?
So occasionally I pick up a random signal flare...I'm not entirely sure what to do with it...I usually have no one to signal, and if I do I hit the <-- (left arrow)... It slots as a grenade. Does it do damage?
I always just assumed it did some sort of burn damage in the area of effect. Is that right? or is it totally useless?

I was thinking maybe it has something to do with the flare gun / orbital fridge. Maybe you can signal the landing spot for the fridge, haven't tried it out yet so I can't speak for sure.

It was added during the halloween event when night time matches were a thing. You could use it to light up your surroundings, same as the striking flashlight. Now it's pretty useless.
