what happens after you finish it with both leon and claire?

I have finished it with leon and now i just entered sewers with claire so iam getting close to finish it with her too . Afterthat what? Does it have any extra mission or something? or the game ends there?

when you finish the 1st playthrough with a character you unlock the other character's 2nd run mode. There are only some slight differences with item placement and the way in which you proceed through the campaign but as Joseph said it leads to the actual game ending.

No, you don't. You merely have to beat the game with anybodys second run, it doesn't matter if its clair or leon. He didn't specifiy which run he is on, for all you know he is doing Claire A after leon A like I did. Meaning he has to beat the game a third time to see the real ending.

After that? You can do the challenge modes in the Extra menu or do what most others do, replay the campaigns until you get actually decent at them and earn some good rank.

It unlocks 4th Survivor game mode.

There's ghost survivors and the 4th survivor mode that you can play. You can also play hardcore and unlock some infinite weapons, but we got mods for that so why bother.

Both Claire's and Leons 1st and 2nd are almost identical to each other. The difference is just the supporting characters for both, and a different final boss.
The difference in the 1st and 2nd run is that the second run features the true ending, otherwise is harder tuned, shorter version of the first run.
