Help with samurai edge !!!

I did beat the game with leon without being able to use the samurai edge gun !! ( pre-order gift )

I couldn't find any ammo for it !!

Now i play the game again with Claire and i can't use it again .

Any help ?

Why even those guns are in the game if you can't use them >????

I thought they all used standard 9mm ammo

btw beating game without edge isnt a thing.. its easier to beat without edge than with edge when you have attachments

Then why i can't merge the ammo with it !! even if it is the only gun i use , the gun's ammo still 0 !!

You don't combine ammo with a gun to reload in this remake, you just press reload

you can combine it. just as far as i realised it doesnt combine with shotgun as i guess cutting out that long reload isnt right.

Thanks my friend :) it worked .

I have found out that :

Cause i have another gun using the same ammo in my inventory it always take it and not the samurai gun , so i removed it and now it worked .

Poor Leon , he didn't get the chance to use those guns :(.

Well, not like you were missing much; all Samurai Edge guns are weaker than the starting pistol, except for an unupgraded Matilda for Leon that is slightly weaker than Wesker's version. Matilda with the stock puts it on par with it though.
