Where to use the T-Bar Valve Handle
I have never gotten the red ticket on this item. There's also a door broken where I could've used this handle on... Is there a way to open this from the other side? I've never found a way around

Yeah past down the place where the dead Umbrella Soldiers with the tape is, if you continue down that way you'll get to another sewer area that Claire basically has no reason to access, you can open up the other side of that busted door.

Yes, actually. You can open it from the other side.

I have opened the one leading up to the rook plug, The one to the king and queen plug and the one below the goddess statue... But I swear I've tried for a looooong time and can't find a way around. Any tip would be appreciated

Funnily enough I only discovered its final use on one of my last runs when I did my 'no item box' achievement also, and had to use up key items to discard them.
Yeah past down the place where the dead Umbrella Soldiers with the tape is, if you continue down that way you'll get to another sewer area that Claire basically has no reason to access, you can open up the other side of that busted door.
