In windows, set the second monitor to be your primary monitor, then launch the game.

this is what I do. I got a program called "make primary monitor". Its a shortcut on your desktop. Copy it to any other monitor you want to use and double click on it. It will set any monitor with a shortcut on its desktop as the primary monitor.

A lot faster if you switch often.

I'm was trying out the 30 minute demo, not sure how that is what you call "pirating" but ok.

The demo isn't available anymore though.

They never took down the demo, actually. I also still have it and the timer unlock trainer. Just no point in starting it any more.

go to: folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2

Then open re2config.ini with notepad
under [Render/Display] you wil see:
DisplayName=\\.\DISPLAY1

Change this number to the display you want the game to be viewed in.

For some reason this game thinks my number 1 display is number 2. I just changed the number in the files and it's working again. Only game that seems to do this

alt+enter to turn it into a window, alt+tab out of the game window, drag to the screen you want to play on, and then when you re-select the window, it should pop back to full screen on the new monitor.
