Can I use cat ears in main campaign?

I know cat ears gives infinite ammo in ghost survivors, but can you unlock them somehow in the main campaign with Leon or Claire? Maybe with cheat engine or some other item generation method? And if u can - will this item give you infinite ammo when you equip it?

Nope. You can use the large trainer to try to add the cat ears on your character model, but most of the time it just makes the head part disappear. The infinite mechanic also refuses to work as the main scenario has a different infinite ammo method.
