Chess lock door STUCK (BUG)

What do you do when chess door stuck ? (bugged)
I put puzzle CORRECLY Even went as far as to check on multiple online informers how to solve it for my scenarion B Leon. and it is CORRECT.
So what do i do ? Game busted?(i play with no saves)
Or is there a way to reset it somehow?

Given this is such a major part of the game, and there has been no real reports of any glitches with this puzzle, I'd say your input is not as correct as you think it is.

The B scenario has a different solution than A. Also, it is ridiculously easy to figure out, so if you are stuck following a guide, try your hand at it. It may be a lot faster than what you'd think.

I have game on 1 monitor and informer on next side by side.
I removed and put back in all chess multiple times from difrent ends even tried Scenario A setup.
And i'm not the first with this matter.

I did it myself. ..... only then i used informer.... then i googled bunch of other informers and EVERYONE said i did it CORRECT.

Ok solved it.

1. Removed pawn.
2. Saved the game.
3. Load the game.
4. Put pawn back in.
5. Door open.......

but now i have a save :/

Quick question did OP read the document that explains the puzzle? You can use that information from that to determine where the pieces go as two of the panels that display what piece "should" go there will be wrong for the B scenario.

Doubtful. He said he`s reading a walkthrough on his first playthrough. He`s also saying bugs and glitches are responsible for his inaccurate strategy guide.

If removing a plug and putting it back without moving any other plugs else caused the door to open that would be a bug. It would have been better to save while the game was in an unintended state so Capcom could look at it.

The solution to the puzzle is different between scenarios.
Also, Examine all pieces to determine their names. What you thought was the King was probably the Queen.

it is not a question of difference of senarios because I already tried the combinations of the 2 senarios and nothing worked, I spent a few hours researching and this bugnão is common but it exists, what does not exist is a specific solution, several people solved it in different ways but nothing worked in mine case.

once again I AM NOT USING THE WRONG OR OTHER SENARY COMBINATION I AM ABSOLUTE SURE
