I mean over and over again just to unlock achievement, well if you want to read only half of each sentence........

You cant unlock achievements by using a save game file. Achievements only unlock when you are playing.

How about unlimited ammo, it's not achievement I suppose

Well people can't even get their own save files to work on different PCs so good luck with this.

Thx, but it's working on Fallout 4 and some other games, is it because the game save located in steam folder usually won't work?

yet you are the one only reading half a sentence.

you say you dont really have time to play yet, you want to play it slowly, though with other peoples saved games to get achievements and unlimited ammo. It makes no sense what so ever, the they contradict each other so much that it will create a rift in the time space continuum of the algorithm of meme dictation and creation.

Just go with Blue's answer and use a trainer and be done with it.

It may come as a surprise, but different games use different saving methods and save file structure since the seventies. RE games on Steam tend to save the user's Steam ID inside them, making them non-sharable. This game also saves some Windows settings inside it, so some people also cannot use their own saves if they do a system reinstall.
So, in the end, you are most likely left to play the game yourself. If you want infinite ammo this much, just cheat. It is a single-player game, nobody will care if you do.

Just play the game, if you're having a hard time play on assisted. You are supposed to run, you're supposed to get scared. It's Resident Evil.

Just learn the optimal route and blast through it and get your weapon unlocks, then you can go as slow as you want forever.

If you get desperate you can use the sewer skip trick but it's kinda lame.

Just go play RE6 man, this game isn't fun with a trainer.

Well if you're going to cheat your achievements, why not just use sam?
