It's not like RE4's Yellow herb mixture increasing your max health. You'll want to balance your consumption of blue herbs for potential poisonous enemies later down the line, or if you're confident in your abilities, make the classic R+G+B herb mix and save them entirely for boss fights where the extra damage resistance might help.
Seems to be a little inside joke at the original games myth about how when you consumed a R+G+B herb mixture, you gained temporary invulnerability to damage.
Ah i see, good to know, then it is more wise to keep it for boss fights. I tought it was like you said a bit like the Yellow Herbs or more like the slight health buff of the steroids in 7, but its just a buff, thats nifty, wish it was a buff tho, stuff gets you in danger in one hit yo.
