Claire 2nd run Club key and Crank handle slot location??

where are they? there are locked doors and i can't seem to find those 2 items anywhere

Nowhere, she does not use either of those in her scenarios. You have access to a different door in the basement after the Irons scene. Look around there for clues, then head to the same kennel/morgue area you used as Leon and find the next essential item.

Thats simple. You cant reach both of these items with Claire. These items are "Leon-only".
But as for the club key it doesnt matter. You can still get into both rooms that can be opened with that key.

You get heart key instead and you the ladder on helicopter crash site doesn't break with her.

I've collected everything and put sherry to cable car ready to go to the lab but before that i wanted to find everything so i thought i was missing something but apparently not.

No, you did not. Even if you spawn in the handle and open the generator room, it is empty and you cannot interact with the generator. (You can make a shortcut at the 2F east corridor's shutter though.)

You can trust the maps; if they are blue, you got every inventory item there.
