Why someone think that Ada is dead?

Well acording to this - https://steamcommunity.com/app/883710/discussions/0/1643168364643820673/ someone think, that she died, which confuse me a lot.

She isn't dead, unless Resident evil 6 isn't canon.

No, we are discussing that she seemingly died in the original game, then her survival was later confirmed. Even the Capcom-sanctioned novelisation has her dead by the book's end. Then naturally we found out sometime later that she was alive. In the original Japanese, IIRC, the voice actress of the figure who throws the rocket launcher to Claire wasn't Ada's, that was the English VA thing.

She apparently dies either by falling or getting crushed against a console. But then in the same game she shows up to throw a Rocket Launcher to the character in scenario B. But a few minutes later the lab explodes.

Conclusion: Unclear fate. At the time of RE2 there was just not enough info to confirm if she finally survived or died. RE3 confirmed her survival though a year later.

She survives thanks to Wesker's warnings. Afterwards she works under Wesker. We see her in the 4th game too

well if you go by the rail shooter games the one where she is thrown into a console is cannon

If I'm not mistaken, this is the principal reason she survived, Wesker guided her out of the city before the nuke.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the principal reason she survived, Wesker guided her out of the city before the nuke.

Except she's NOT working for him but some other organization that's still not revealed if I remember right, even in RE4 she mentions of this organization being who got the real sample while Wesker got a fake.

It was sorta revealed, she supposedly worked for the Family up to RE6, this is how they made the Chrysalid virus based on a mixture of the Tyrant and Golgotha, plus some extracted Plagas serum. You know, the blandest secret group of the RE universe.

In Resident Evil 3 I think, she said guided. Her mission was getting G Virus. Due to her failure, Wesker was almost left her in the city. I believe she was not aware of the nuke.

Must be the book then because the game has no mention of Ada because that wasn't the focus.

She didn't fail, Wesker was simply ignoring that Ada did manage to obtain another sample through alternate means despite Hunk escaping with one of the few samples Birkin didn't destroy.
