"No Time to waste" Weekly challenge not completing

I completed the weekly challenge and beat "The 4th Survivor" in 8 minutes for this challenege but I was not awarded the gold medal. Is there another prerequisite that I needed and missed?

I can provide a screenshot of proof that my run was under that time from the RE NET Member records.

Do it again, sometimes the game tries to submit times when there is the daily 30-minute server maintenance. If you go with Flan and simply run through the entire scenario, using a rocket to clear the east 2F waiting room and the outside area, it is also a 7-8 minute, relatively smooth run.

Aim Assist is probably enabled. You have to manual disable it so you can complete the challenge.
