getting lost

i keed getting lost in the game still havent beat it yet and soem doors says im missing keys maybe but its frustrating

The game is linear in progression. The map tells you if you have some item unpicked somewhere. Clear all rooms of items, check what constitutes as a key item, find their place, and progress accordingly. If you take your time and take your inventory, you cannot get stuck.

i have cleared all rooms behind me and im stuck trying ot get to the helecpther and the big guy i think is the next part

I assume you came back from the garage then? You will have access to the 2F NE wing then. If you are Leon, you can use the crank to open the shutter near the art room. If you are Claire, you arrived at the Chief's office and you can simply leave to the next portion of the RCPD.

yes came back from garage and i have no crank i used it already other place and its showed didnt ne3ed it anymore

You cannot leave the garage as Leon without having the crank since you need that to access the generator and open the electric door leading to the 1F west back corridor and save room.
If you used up the crank, then you already opened the shutter on the 2F next to the art room. It has a very obvious staircase leading up and down behind the shutter, and a brand new area. It is impossible to miss where you need to progress, especially since Leon must climb a ladder outside the 2F door that results in a cut-screen.

Okay, sounds like the hand crank might be getting confused with the T-bar crank here. You've done the sewers section right? That's where the T-bar crank is used. The shutter by the art room and the the shutter by the shooting range(?) in the parking garage use a different crank.

I had same problem, didn't see that there was a ladder at the balcony. Hope it helped.
