Claire A: Can you revisit behind the RPD after the orphanage?

I missed the Mr. Raccoon in that area but I've already made my way down into the beginning of the sewers, when do I get to return to the RPD and if so can I head out of the garage to that location again?

FYI, I'm playing this on Xbox, not on my PC or Steam for anyone curious

You cannot get back to the orphanage itself, the cross-locking bars on the gates represent a point of no return, much like you cannot get back to the raccoon city streets at the very beginning.

You can however gain access back to the RPD the same way you do with Leon:
Grab the key from the catwalk before G-Adults.
Get back up the stairs before and open the gate in that same small room.
Follow that short waterway use the t-handle to unlock the bulkhead to the right.
Take the lift up to the workroom, grab the film, and use the key you took earlier to unlock the doors on this level.
The larger room on this level has a hidden lift behind moveable shelfs that will take you back the stairwell that you took to fight William for the first time.

But I wouldn't worry about that, Mr. Raccoons carry over all playthroughts.

Speaking of the Mr Raccoons carrying over all playthroughs, it is actually impossible to get all of the Mr Raccoons in a single playthrough as there are character exclusive Raccoons. Leon gets one after dropping down to fight the alligator, and Claire has one in the Orphanage. Both are in locations the other character will never visit.

Obviously not in a single run. Chracater exclusive locations need character specific run, I thought that much was self-explanitory.

You would think, however there is one that's exclusive to the B scenario.

The orphanage being blocked off is no biggy, I just need to revisit the streets that lead to it, missed the Mr. Raccoon there

The bus one? Yes, you can get back to it.
Although it is easier to get it on your next Claire run. The game was made for constant replays anyway.

Neato! got the bus Mr. Raccoon, all I need now is the last one in the lab (nap room) then the Leon exclusive ones in my Leon B run. The Raccoons are the only thing I have used a guide to find then memorise roughly their locations, rest of the game is fun to figure out on it's own

The only one that's B exclusive is literally just a single one, there's a guide that details what Raccoons are where in what scenario and it only lists one being B exclusive.

Yeah I'm aware there is one exclusive B Scenario Raccoon at the beginning, didn't bother mentioning it specifically in my last post about my Leon B run

Hello, I missed the orphanage Mr. Raccoon... It drives me crazy. Can somebody maybe share a savegame file before the orphanage to get it damn Mr. Raccoon? It's so frustrating, they should fix this issue because it's annoying as hell that you need to start new game to get it back
