Jams at the intro screen. Unplayable.

i have very basic difficulties - the navigation it says "move with the arrow keys" ok, but how do i move the camera ? i play with a wacom pen instead of the mouse, controller doesn't work aside of the arrow movement, so unable to turn the camera around result is unplayable i would ike to play it, it looks interesting how about either a key binding options or at least any key assigned to move the camera with the keyboard or a key/mouse combo like CTRL+right click to move camera ?...

I tried to play after latest update and loaded my save but it just gives me chess play. I cant do anything else. Why???
