Leg mutations
The leg mutation (the spider legs? I forget what it is called) is by far my favorite idea for a perk but I feel like it needs to be polished up/remodeled a bit. As it is now it is an exclusively crippling perk as the legs don't deal near enough damage to nearby enemies to justify being that close to them and they get rid of your flight without replacing it with another valid option.

I'm mainly interested in the second point because it either gives you infinite flight or no flight if you're nearby ground for the legs to grab on to. Which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't frequently lose grip on ground for a quick second and make ceiling climbing not an option. In a game where evasion works best in the air I feel it would make more sense if your flight while not near ground was either greatly slowed (because you're now lugging these 8 extra legs with you) or runs out quicker.

I really like the idea of having to keep around walls and scuttling around big enemies to fight them, so I hope the legs become more viable in the future.
