Robottikytta/Silver Tankki and Ukko Nerf

These enemies are INSANELY strong, the ukko being able to kill you near instantly and the robottikytta being able to infinitely stunlock you. I suggest

1. Nerfing the Ukko's health in the Vault and TOTA, it has more health than the final boss
2. Decreasing the damage/AOE on the Ukko's attack, it cripples the player if it doesn't kill them

3. HUGE nerf on the Robottikytta's health in Level 2 Fungal Caverns and the Vault
4.Reducing the knockback/speed of it's gun and the gun of the Silver Tankki, as it can pin you into a wall and kill you very quickly
