Safely using the static charge modifier, especially with something like water trail, can be really powerful.
Also, having more perks makes playthroughs more diverse - even variations on existing perks are interesting in this respect. Even when similar-ish perks appear, you still have a meaningful choice between them (ie. do you want the offensive potential of Electricity with its attendant drawback, or just the immunity?)
Even on perk tier lists people put Electricity at A and Electricity Immunity at D.
After all, you can't consistently get both electricity and explosion immunity in the same run. And you'd ideally want a way to mitigate both when using lightning
I WOULD like to see counterpart perks in the parallel world dungeons that have a spin on the currant perks
e.g electricity immunity become's a consistent shock on yourself
i am sure there's good bad perk idea's better than that.
