Deer Boss Bug (Beta)

So I'm going on a pretty long run right now (hopefully), and I misfired and killed 1 deer on the lake island, and tapion vasalli, the deer boss, spawned, even though I've only ever killed one deer. I mean, I'll be fine, he only really has one attack and barely moves, but still, this is a pretty major bug

It also spawns if you kill other animals. Most notably fish in the holy mountain.

It actually doesn't spawn from killing fish, I almost always, intentionally or not, end up killing the fish in at least one holy mountain but he never really spawns. Last time I visited the lake I killed all the animals there to hopefully fight him, but he didn't spawn. I'm thinking there was probably a pool of polymorphine that a bunch of enemies wondered into that ended up dying
